Tourlio builds the draft from the recorded tours, supplements and deductions — with the social deductions and the withholding tax at source (Quellensteuer) as well, if that is what your business needs. After that, the statement is locked: a price change in September does not touch August.

How Tourlio works out social deductions and withholding tax

Do my drivers need to install an app?

No. Drivers open Tourlio in their phone browser and log in — nothing to install, nothing to update. A native app for iOS and Android is in the works; it will make photographing receipts steadier, not change what the system does.

What happens if I change a price after I have billed?

Nothing. A released statement is frozen: in October it shows the same figures it showed on 1 September. A price change applies from the month you enter it.

How do my existing drivers and tours get into the system?

We bring your drivers, tours and prices over from your spreadsheets. That is part of the CHF 390.– setup fee, along with us walking you through your first month-end. The fee is waived with yearly billing.

How do I cancel?

Monthly plans end at the close of the current month, no reason needed. Yearly plans need 30 days notice before renewal. Both right in the settings. Download your statements as PDF, CSV or Excel before you go; you can still read them for 25 days after the day the cancellation takes effect, and you can download your complete archive until 90 days after the contract ends.
