What the setup covers

The one-off CHF 390.– goes into getting you started. Nobody should spend days finding their way around an empty system — so we set it up, and we stay until the first month-end is done. It is waived with yearly billing.

    Drivers, tours, categories and prices are in the system before you log in for the first time. You check it, we correct it.

Can I try Tourlio before buying?

How are drivers counted?

Anyone scheduled for at least one day in the current month counts. Someone who leaves mid-month still counts for that month, and not after.

Does the administrator take up a driver slot?

Your administrator access is free and does not count. If you drive as well, you take a driver slot — in the daily capture you are a driver like any other.

Do I still need a Treuhänder (Swiss fiduciary)?

Not for the calculation — Tourlio works out gross pay, social deductions, withholding tax and net pay, and lays down the wage account, the salary certificate, the accounting entries and the three annual declarations as files. Filing them with the compensation office and the insurer stays with your fiduciary: Tourlio does not submit anything electronically.

How can I pay?

Card, TWINT and PostFinance Pay in both cycles — handled through PostFinance Checkout. With yearly billing you can also pay by invoice within 30 days; we issue it once, in advance.

What happens if I go over the driver limit?

Nothing gets blocked. You schedule the extra driver; Tourlio counts the month’s drivers, shows you the matching tier in the settings and suggests the change. The next tier is billed only once you confirm it.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

The export for the Treuhänder (Swiss fiduciary) stays open to you at any time — as CSV or Excel. After the day your cancellation takes effect you can still read your business for 25 days, and your data stays downloadable as a complete archive until 90 days after the contract ends: every statement, wage account, salary certificate, annual declaration and all receipt photos in one file. We remind you 30, 7 and one day before it expires. After that we delete the business entirely.

How do I cancel?

The monthly plan any time, effective at the end of the paid period. The yearly plan runs twelve months and then renews automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days beforehand. Cancel in the settings, where you can see the effective end date.
